Classes
Monday-Friday:
6AM, 7AM, 1PM, 5PM, 6PM

Saturday
8AM (olympic lifting), 9AM


Foundations Classes should be scheduled or can be taken 
during the regular class hours. Come prepared to learn!

Please be on time for classes.  We want to make the most
of your time in the gym.  There’s a lot to be done 
within the hour you’re there, and 
we wouldn’t want you to miss out on anything.
Also, these class times are set for the most part,
 but we are open to adding more classes if these
times do not work for you. Just ask!
